A boxed set of 1940's Lucite fish or salad cutlery. 6 knives and forks in the original box.

Plasta brand, it is described as a Fish & Salad Service. Marked as Made in England

Knives are 20cm long and the forks 17.5cm with a decorative pattern to the handles.

Nothing to give an age, but from the overall design and materials I would say that they are from the 1940's.

Not sure if they have been used as they are in good condition. Some damage and wear to the box. Original label on the front of the box and a care label inside.

Very attractive set that will look good on your picnic or dining table.
