Issued in November 1963 by D C Goodenough & Co of Great Moor, Stockport, it lists the houses they had for sale. It includes descriptions of the houses together with prices.
For instance a 3 bedroomed detached house in Hazel Grove would cost you £3,495 or a terraced house in Lower Brinnington cost just £1,150.
The brochure includes a map of the area and also a mortgage repayment chart. At 6% a £2,250 loan would cost just £14 13s 6d per month
